This is my demo. Twelwe songs. Each one very unique for me. And each different from the last.
"One Piece of Me" is a song I wrote together with A1 member Ben Adams after he invited me over to London to co-write a track with him. It is about an old manager of mine. I participated in a girl band a few years ago which turned out to be a nightmare, so I quit. Making this song really helped me a lot to get over that bad experience and keep going stronger and more muture. It's also inspired by the amazing anime 'One Piece' which is about fighting for your dreams no matter what.
"Widow" is a song I wrote after reading the irish novel "PS I love you" which really got to me emotionally. It's about a woman who lost her husband to cancer and about how she copes with it. The song is pretty much about her. Fantastic book by the way. Music made by my dear Nils Sjögren and produced by Fredrik Anderson.
"Unreachable" is completely my own. I've had a lot of help with composing the other songs, but this is purely mine. It's a plane love song which means a lot to me and I'm so grateful & happy about all the great response it recieves. It was recorded by Tommy Denander in only one hour .. hence the sound quality
"Probably Not" & "Magic Boy" are written by my beloved older brother Erik. He wrote them a good ten years ago and I've been loving them ever since. We have been trying to record them a lot of times together but never really succeeded since we both have such strong wills in different directions =P so it's my pleasure to present the final result with the original backgrounds. Not the best quality, but these songs don't really need that. Just hear the passion behind them and you'll love them both !!
"Flying away" is written by me and Quin Pearson. He sent me the beat with the melody and I got to write the lyric and record it. I'm in love with this song and I hope to take it to stage some day.
"Vill du vara med mig" is a Swedish song I put together with a beat from Dynasty Group Ldt - A very sweet song with glittery piano and a little R&B feeling in it. Here you have a chance to really enjoy the language that I speak.
"Mandy's Love" Also a song I've done with Dynasty Group Ldt - I wrote the lyric (as I always do). It's mostly about being a young girl, with struggles to express her feelings and in most cases gets misunderstood. If we all think back to when we were 14, we'll might recognize ourselves in this song. I wrote it mostly to support them in their hardest times and remind them that they're not alone. Even if it really might feel that way.
"Pure You" is written by a fabulous song writer in my opinion named Niclas Malmberg. A little man that I had the pleasure of working with a few years ago. Here's a song that is, like him, pure and brilliant.
"In One" - This is a song I made with a guy called Martin Bodin. A very 'out there' kind of guy I had the pleasure to meet a few years ago when I helped him to do a gig in a gym ... not my proudest moment, but we had a lot of fun, and this song came out of it. A real hit if you ask me. Quality sucks though.
