Biography

Growing up in Darlington Pennsylvania, David Louthan started out developing his musical skills by picking up a guitar at age 13, and this self produced singer songwriter has never looked back. It seems it took a while for the music production bug to bite fully, but in 2006 David set about stepping up his musical goals, and focused himself on seriously producing and recording the catalogue of songs he had started building up through his formative years. David cites a diverse range of influences, from the retro sounds of Tom petty, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, and The Doors, to the slightly later sound of bands like The Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Listening to David's music he handles straight ahead acoustic guitar based tracks such as the Bob Dylanesque 'Just a Kid’ as skillfully as more psychedelic influenced tracks such as 'Misguided Fear' He tells a story of humble determination in pursuit of your dreams, with tracks such as 'Family' reminding the listener of the age old adage that if they follow their heart, they wont go far wrong in life.

The first album complete now working on the second album tracks to the new album to be uploaded every month pick a stream and enjoy the ride..

Oh no - my voice was good in eighties - low rich haunting then but my throat could not take Are You Ready properly. Sent you email on MySpace. About missing photo on your tracks -that photo you have already in my space would catch a lot of attention in my stream which goes to lots of other links from there. Are You Ready was meant for you too as it's a SPECIAL song since earth was hit AFTER it was written inspirationally.. I'm going to make mine SIMPLE meditation George Harrison type of song with accoustic only plus few sounds later just for a meditation Blog story so it won;t be going to be re-demoed with I.S.A. It's on a master disc of copyrighted material to me so no-one will ever contact you. This is why I had to put up the notice about the USA Male Vocalist as I knew you'd know it was you. You might find, like myself that you will do several versions. I have had so many of Moon Base ALpha I've lost count. One version stinks but was on a compilation of 24 many years ago which sold poorly but I did get a small Harmony Award for the music from an Indie Company in Hollywood who are now gone. Sounded like a death march. Ha.Ha. Healthy and Peaceful Easter. xxAnna and Smokey The Bandit Cat...xTake your time as mine won't be up there(new cut version from that long thing I have up which is three sessions all stuck together) because I pushed to get something up.

Love Rain Song. Have so little time because I work and also out at medical centres(for life I am afraid) so I listen to only great music when I get time(like yours and Tompaz and others). Tried to pay for a download of Rain Song on Amazon but only USA customers could do this. I will look in case I have it on an album of yours. Anyway I had to have itunes taken off my computer(that's all I can say) as well as left Reverbnation due to technical problems with them too. Paypal is what I pay most with for security for me(I had spyware on my computer and now rid of this). Anyway I just wanted you to know I LOVE Rain Song. Has your STAMP-vocals and music bending - ha.ha. I'll go look see now..Been studying slowly 3 years at Writers Bootcamp but had to leave due to studio work being required as I do ALL and always get back to them...Soooo...hope you ALL safe over there. My cousins in Shaker Heights Ohio had flooding but am now worried that their families in Cleveland may be in trouble but will hear from them soon probably..We write as haven't used the Webcam yet. as I don't fancy it..
