Im sorry to say that but Ubetoo is dead .

They will never be able to compete with cdbaby or tunecore concerning distro.

BTW, distro on cdbaby is much cheaper, no monthly fees., far superior service, excellent support.

Support here at UB2 sucks so much that I wonder what the heck are they doing. Are they been paid to do that (ie nothing)

Ive sent loads (more than 100) of emails to the support and i gad barely no response. The only time i got an answer it was like "sorry, we cant prove abuse and we wont do anything if the author does not complain."

For me, it sounds like "we dont give a damn about copyright issues", which is very bad for a music site.

I'm sorry that you feel that way. Before we're sending money out we're looking at statistics regarding IP- and domainusage in search of anti-fraud. So don't worry, the ones that is botting plays won't get paid for it.

We actually need proof in some kind of way that the music that has been uploaded is copyright protected and then it will be removed if that's the case yes. It's a very sensitive question and I know it may feel wrong to not remove it instantly but we need to make sure we're doing the right move.
