Biography

It's never too late to live your dreams. Susanne Ericsson is a testament to that. She grew up Hälsingland, where folk music is a part of the national soul. Susanne's grandfather played violin in 'Hälsingepojkarna "which made that Susanne also began to play violin and sing. Susanne has studied singing at Kulturama and toured both in Sweden and in the U.S. She is also first soprano in the vocal group Highfive. Susanne's life is all about music - she works as a music publisher and participates at "Melody Festivals" and Grammy galas, many of her friends and colleagues are musicians and artists. Said about Susanne: "Susanne Ericsson has a voice with a unique combination of angel and nudity that touches your heart and awakens something that has slept within us all".

At the age of 44 Susanne released her debut album "I Rörelse" (In Motion). The album was recorded in 2010 by legendary Lennart Östlund in the famous "ABBA studio", Polar Studios. Anders Lundquist, music journalist, says: "She's a true songbird, extremely secure in her tone and her voice is clear like a spring creek".

Fall 2011, Susanne was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer. During treatment, she wrote songs to express her thoughts and feelings and it has resulted in her 10 first, own songs. March 2013, Susanne is releasing her CD "Its never too late". For Susanne, it's about bringing the dreams out of the listeners and remind the world that it's never too late.
