Jacob Obunga popularly known by his stage name Otile Brown is a prolific singer, songwriter and performer in Kenya. The artiste is a Kenyan independent R&B singer, songwriter, guitarist and actor. His major genre of music is RnB coupled with musical instrument flow.

Otile Brown was raised in Mikindani, Mombasa. Been the last born in a family of four- three brothers and one sister he had so many time on his hand so he would always go to listen to the church choir where he developed his love for music.

Otile Brown started singing and writing songs at age 13. He later joined the Dreamland music which he later parted ways with in March 2017 and became an Independent artist.
