He released his debut studio album “Notumato” in October 2021, and it topped the Apple Music albums chart in South Africa, becoming his first chart-topping project. He is also known for releasing Amapiano music and working with top Disc Jockeys, Kabza De Small, and DJ Maphorisa, famously called the Scorpion Kings.

Young Stunna’s mother was a vocalist, and his father was an avid listener of Kwaito music. Their love for music helped shape his passion for it. He decided to pursue a music career at the age of 13. Stunna started as a Hip Hop artist in 2012 before switching to Amapiano.
