On 13 August 2020, Sjava and Ruff’s 1020 Cartel Records premiered “Inhliziyo,” a collaborative tune by Yallunder and Nue_Sam. The song is part of the record label’s mixed-artiste album “iSambulo.”
If you missed the album on release, you can stream it right here. The 10-track compilation has works by several other artistes, including, Mzukulu and Anzo. Although it is the record label’s debut compilation, the body of work houses some fine numbers, including the one in review.
Nue_Sam has only just debuted on this platform. The same might be said of her compatriot Yallunder. That notwithstanding, the pair brings us a number we have no qualms vibing with and sharing, too.
Nue Sam is a poet and musician… one of the voices you just have to hear… Yallunder has released covers of Sjava’s songs, as well as worked with Nue Sam previously (on “Medley”), so we are not surprised the two should link up again for another number.
