Abidoza – Njalo Ft. Nomfundo Moh, Focalistic, Mellow & Sleazy

Abidoza is the man of the moment, thanks to the appeal of his “Black Child” album, which has “Njalo,” a collaborative work with Nomfundo Moh, Focalistic, Mellow & Sleazy, as one of the tracks.

Loosely translated, “Njalo” means “always.” And we wouldn’t be surprised if fans should always tune in and rock this number. It’s appealing on many levels, so why not?

Another chief appeal of this number is that it brings together some charming voices in South Africa’s music space – voices that just about any music buff would love to hear.

Nomfundo Moh is one of the emerging voices in South African music and a delight to hear any day. The other artist, Focalistic, is not exactly an emerging voice. It’s still a voice worth hearing, anyway. The “Ke Star” hitmaker orbits hip hop and amapiano easily – and he’s winning in both.

In contrast, Mellow & Sleazy is a band of two pals. Young though they might be, they have since propped themselves out there as two voices that cannot be ignored in the universe of South African music.

It isn’t weekend yet, but best believe that this quintet has created a winner that will carry you beyond today and the weekend. Embrace it.
