AKA caught the “Amapiano” fever too, or so it appears with the release of a song of that title, featuring Laylizzy & Weathrd. It’s a coming together of music champs, one of whom – the lead musicians – is no longer on the material plane.
But then, he had done enough musically to still remain relevant even in death. This much should be obvious from his previous releases, including his “Mass Country” album from which the song in song in review is taken.
AKA doesn’t have an extensive collaborative history with Laylizzy and Weathrd but did a great job with them anyway. The result is something just about any music lover would be happy to lap up. So if you consider yourself a music nut of sorts, you are just at the right place with the right number as well.
