South African rapper Big Zulu is out with a new body of work dubbed “Ichwane Lenyoka,” which you can stream here on UbeToo.
Over a week has passed since he informed fans the project was in the works. The wait is over and fans have the chance to explore Big Zulu’s world through 20 windows (songs) that make up his latest album.
The compilation is not only rich in tracks; it is rich in guests as well. Big Zulu starts his musical journey with an eponymous track. Along the line, he’d co-opted Mduduzo Ncube, Xola, Ami Faku, Sjava, Aubrey Qwana, Nhlanhla Mhlongo, Mnqobi Yazo, and several others.
And for fans who missed his soaraway “Mali Eningi” tune last year, the songster included it in the project, as track 19. In the last track, he paid homage to Linda “ProKid” Mkhize, a notable rapper who died of a seizure on 8 August 2018. “Ichwane Lenyoka” is a work of power and a testament to the musician’s creative depth.
