Deep London and Boohle go pretty deep with a new number titled “Egoli,” which you can strewam here on UbeToo, South Africa’s premier music destination.
It’s a meeting of two musicians without a deep collaborative history but who still managed to put out a splendi performance anyway. As a title and as a song, “Egoli” brings a lot to mind, including a number of the same title by another singer of South African provenance. But that’s by the way.
“Egoli” stands out as an arresting number, charming in its delivery and appealing in its message. On the strength of what’s already playing, it is hard not to visualize the two singers on the same number again.
With nothing assured, it still wouldn’t hurt to vibe with what’s already playing and look ahead optimistically for the next bang. Now, who wouldn’t want that? Go ahead and tap the play button and let’s roll!
