“Ubsuku Bonke” is indeed DJ Stokie’s journey – or rather a bend in that journey, a bend that leaves no room for doubting the DJ and producer’s creative powers.
Co-opting DJ Maphorisa, Howard Gomba, Bongza and Focalistic on the same track is like matching with a small army. The flow of the bars makes the listener not only want to nod but applaud as well.
