Emmanuel Jal’s collaborative “Hey Mama” song with Check B has received a fine retouch in the hands of South African disc jockey and producer Caiiro.
If you have been following the trajectory of Caiiro’s career, you probably already know that he’s one producer who knows how to snap the attention of his listeners. He does that effortlessly with the remix in review.
Emmanuel Jal and Check B will surely love the way Caiiro retouched their joint track. The retouch bears as much power as the original, and we doubt it’ll struggle to find a place on the tracklist of music lovers out there.
Unlike most artistes of South African provenance, Caiiro doesn’t dwell much in retouches and remixes, but then whenever he elected to drop a remix or retouch of the work of other artistes, he usually makes a success of it.
“Hey Mama” is an example of that success. This song easily draws the listener into its orbit – as much for its message as for the way it was delivered.
