“Superstar” the original song was released last year as the first single off Luie V’s EP which he also titled after the song. It received amazing love across the African continent and beyond as the song carries a beautiful message. The man has decided to push this song on a larger scale by putting together a remix with a couple of friends whom each bring their own flavour. This brings hope, inspiration and encourages everyone that their can make it very far no matter where you come from, which makes it stand out from your average gqom songs.
This remix is a special collaboration, the way it connects people from different ethnic groups and age. TDV takes it on with the Cape Flats coloured vibes and gives best lyricism and energy. Dark Whiz then pulls it to the side of the Xhosa and Zulu flavour with a flawless flow. Luie V opens it up with a new sweet and mellow then ills the chorus from the original song.
