Major League DJz & Abidoza link up with Sarz and WulrD for a remix of the song Ego. Welcome to the world of “Ego (Amapiano Remix).”
Sarz, a Nigerian producer who has worked with some of the music industry’s top names including Yemi Alade, is not someone we have known in the brave new world of amapiano music in South Africa. However, he gave a sterling performance in “Ego (Amapiano Remix).”
WulrD is himself a Nigerian, with the birth name Sadiq Onifade. The 33-year-old champ, who is also an American citizen, handled his amapiano bars like a pro, leaving the listener nodding in approbation.
With “Ego (Amapiano Remix),” Major League DJz makes a quiet break from its amapiano balcony mixes, which has exceeded 23 episodes. At any rate, the group’s amapiano mastery is no longer in doubt. The twin brothers Bandile and Banele, who make up Major League DJz, have once again given us a luminous space in their creative orbit. And, are we pleased!
