Venda artiste Makhadzi and Mampintsha link up for a sweet tune titled “Sugar Sugar,” which you can stream right here on UbeToo.
The song is part of Makhadzi’s intensely anticipated “Kokovha” album. There had been a little confusion over the release date of the album, recently. In a tweet early October, the songstress had apologized to her fans for the delay in the release of the album. Then she had announced that the album would drop on 9 October 2020.
The hilarity the date error provoked is best imagined. Mzansi was already in October and Makhadzi is promising an album in September? A storm of laughing emojis followed her post. Some fans wanted to know if she meant 9 September 2021.
But of course she was referring to 9 October 2020. That day is here, and we’re bringing you one of the charming numbers in the compilation. (other numbers might follow, of course). A Makhadzi-Mampintsha collaboration is one you just cannot afford to miss. They’re darn good together.
