Mzansi’s Mobi Dixon croons “Andilibelanga” in collaboration with compatriot NaakMusiQ.
It is a coming together of champions and the result is a song worthy of its origins. The song is taken from Mobi Dixon’s imminent “The Chapel” project which has a November 20 release date. Until then, fans have got to slake their thirst with “Andilibelanga.”
By the way, this isn’t the first song the songster has released from his upcoming 12-track project. Previously released songs from the project include “Camagu,” a collaborative work with Nichume and Blomzit Avenue.
Others are “Kobanini” (Ft. Nomcebo & T-Love), “Save Me” (Ft. Nontsikelelo), and “Ubukho Bakho,” a collaborative work with the Zimbabwean afrosoul singer Berita.
Of the songs released so far, “Andilibelanga” is an easy favourite. This splendid musical treat is as charming as anything from mobi Dixon kitty so far. While we don’t rate it his finest work, we say out loud it is worth possessing.
