China Charmeleon sings “Ndikhokhele” alongside his pals Nkulu Keys & Thakzin.
What does “Ndikhokhele” bring to mind? A song of similar title from Jub Jub? Or perhaps the remix of the same song which featured the greats? [ read as several celebrated voices in South African music] . We would say the title of China Charmeleon’s song reminds us of Jub Jub’s “Ndikhokhele (Remix).”
In musical appeal, however, one would say both songs are miles apart. Oh, well, we’re here for China Charmeleon’s number which, although lacking the fire of the remix mentioned earlier, bears great musical charms anyway.
