TDK Macassette returns to UbeToo with a new song titled “iGhost Engalali,” which happens to be the eponymous track of a recently released album. The song has her fellow South Africans Zuma, Beast RSA, LuuDaDeejay, and Josiah De Disciple as guests.
A look through that list appears to show a gathering of piano champs. But that’s by the way. What’s important is that they actually worked well as a team and it’s a delight listening to them together.
TDK Macassettewas the buzz years back. But she vanished from the music scene for whatever reason. With the release of her new album, it is clear she is trying to make a big comeback. In that, of course, we wish her the best.
Deciding to work with Zuma, Beast RSA, LuuDaDeejay and Josiah De Disciple was a big win for her in that the singers all have great appeal as solo musicians. It’s time to find out.
