Tyla makes it clear it is “Getting Late” with Kooldrink but then you can always pause for a glass with her and her pal – their collaborative song so to speak.
Tyla and Kooldrink make a fierce team, and it’s hard not to love what they have created. Although we count this the first of their collaborative tune we’ve listened to this year, we also count it a worth hearing by any lover of good music.
Tyla last popped on our orbit in November 2020, as one of the singers on “La Di (Radio Edit).” It may have been months since that song dropped, but it still bears the energy of old.
We readily admit “Getting Late” bears similar energy – a song you listen to and want to listen to a second time. Not bad, we should say. Really, a mere listen to the song will convince you the two artistes behind it ought to link up more often.
