South African singer Zandie Khumalo goes “Zenala” in a new song which you can stream here on UbeToo, Mzansi’s premier music hub.
“Zenala” is from the singer’s eponymous album released earlier this month. Unlike what most other artists would have done, she put the eponymous track at No. 2 in her 7-track project. That body of work may be taken as an interim farewell from the songstress.
She’s pregnant and will be taking time off music until November. Before leaving, though, she’s fed her “children” ― sorry, fans ―and hopefully, they remain sated until she returns.
Zandi e “Zenala” song is a work of potent soul energy, and although it is not the finest from the singer, the number is yet something to savor and share with others. It also might make you look out for more numbers from Zandie, who’s a sister to another influential South African singer, Kelly Khumalo. They might be estranged right now but have not stopped the music.
