Amapiano music producer AcuteDose presents a new body of work titled “Maimane” EP, which you can stream here on UbeToo, South Africa’s music and entertainment destination.
AcuteDose is part of the Piano Hub collective, and although his name might not be the most in the news, the songster knows how to snap attention with his music anyway. This much should be evident from “Maimane” EP.
This body of work sports exactly seven songs, beginning with “Gravitation” and ending with “Bacardi 0122.” In between those are songs like “Driving Me Crazy,” “Desire,” “Loading,” “Ghetto Gospel,” and “Come Duze.”
To put the compilation together, AcuteDose tapped the vocal resources of friends and associates, including Djy Vino. Pablo SA, Koppz Avenue, Calvin Shaw, Maida and Cheese. Not too many and not too few.
“Maimane” EP has that quiet amapiano energy that makes the listener want to nod and hum along.
