Earlier this week, Mzansi rapper Blxckie left a staccato note on Instagram with a teaser of a song he’s working on. Titled “Cold,” that song is out now and you can stream it here on UbeToo, your go-to place for all things South African music and entertainment.
That number is apparently part of an imminent EP that should be out February 18 – four days after the world must have recovered from the wild party that is Valentine’s Day. No qualms, really.
As a prelude to what is to come, “Cold” is potent enough to keep fans in fevered expectancy. Blxckie has dubbed the project “4LUV,” so it is interesting that fans would have to wait for the season of love to pass in order to hear something about love.
