Blxckie premieres a new jam titled “Ye Ye Ye Ye (Remix),” featuring the Zulu Man With Some Power Nasty C. Hip hop is the language here.
Blxckie, a fast-rising hip hop artiste, made a fine choice in Nasty C, who is better established. Those who are not familiar with him and his work should at least know Nasty C and make listening decisions based on that knowledge.
But that’s by the way. “Ye Ye Ye Ye (Remix)” is actually a potent number and one you should have no trouble electing to listen to over and over again. Blxckie and Nasty C made a great team. This much should be obvious from your first encounter with the song.
Called the Zulu Man With Some Power in reference to his 2020 album of the same titled, the guest artiste Nasty C is one of the leading figures in South African hip hop although not the oldest in the game. He had a magical 2020 and looks set to repeat the same brilliance this year.

once upon a time i was in the studio w @geek_fam jus boolin when i decided “yo.. i need to make an anthem bro. i need to make a national anthem” .. geek said “lol aweh lets go” . 1 hour after that small nyana conversation we had “ye x4” , my hardest unreleased to this day.a week or two later i link up w @djmaphorisa at his place when @drpeppalive and i were there to mix “bambelela” w/ @tylericu . after we mixed that song, mr madumane had to leave to a show and suggested we leave w him. on the way there, this man goes live on IG and tells me to play something and of course i had to play the hardest. if you know, you know.
fast forward like a month later, i send @nasty_csa a vn of the song jus tryin my luck, it was actually like.. the 6th song i sent cause we was chatting for a bit. nigga my heart was beating so fast when i see this nigga sent that shit back in less than a day!
after that, i knew its gonna be rough. kusazonyiwa ibhadi. my people have been crying. abantu bami bayayidinga leshandis and im happy to let yall know that this friday, we eat.
