It’s yet another winning collaboration as Boohle croons “Hamba Nobani” alongside his Mzansi pals Busta 929, Reece Madlisa and Zuma.
It’s a South African affair in that all the artistes on the song are of South African provenance. But then the result of their coming together will excite music lovers out there, irrespective of provenance.
The appeal of the song rests as much in its message as in the musical synergy of the artistes on the song. They’re just so good together the listener easily nurses the dream of listening to more collaborative tunes from them.
Well, not having ruled out future collaborations, one can only savour the song on the table while looking forward to more numbers from the musos. They owe the public similar fiery numbers.
