Nigerian singer Chike has teamed up with the late Mohbad and released a song titled “Egwu.”
Every time he has released a song, Chike has proven he is great at what he does. His collaborations have earned him so much praise across the world. We still cannot get enough of “Running To You” with Simi.
Chike announced his next song after “Ego Oyibo” last year. He shared that he had collaborated with the late Mohbad, whose passing broke many hearts. Fans were excited to hear the results of their collaboration. The song was released on December 15 to much acclaim.
Titled “Egwu,” the song blends Afrobeats with elements of Amapiano and still maintains the soul that Chike is known for and some of Mohbad’s emotions. The two made amazing collaborators on it. Check the song out below to listen to it. Also, add it to a playlist of your choice this weekend.
