Classic Deep and six40 have dropped something new which they have titled “HF23”.
Deep and six40 have been working in sync with each other and it is on full, clear displayed on their recent project, “Tom and Jerri,” put out very recently. Out of the ten songs on the new album, the duo worked on just two songs alone, without external features. One of those songs include the ninth track and the tenth, which is where “HF23” comes in.
Surprisingly the song is under seven minutes, which cannot be said for a couple of other songs on the new body of work. In addition to the duration of track playtime, the duo did not go on the musical journey alone. They brought some of their colleagues and pals to join forces with them. The featured acts include Jabulile, Mzu M, Shuger 107, Toss, Nobantu Vilakazi, Bob Mabena, Zuma etc.
