De Mogul SA – 2745 EP
De Mogul SA at long last has released his new EP, “2745”.
Fast-rising South African artist, De Mogul SA, has released his new extended play project, which comes after the release of his latest single, “Umxabanisi”, featuring Boontle SA, Dash SA, and DJ Typical SA, released in March 2022. The single serves as a follow-up to his 2021 single, “MaLavo”.
In 2019, De Mogul dropped his second body of work, “Lessons” which came after his very first project that came out in 2017. Lessons contained 12 songs littered with guest features. De Mogul SA has decided to add another project to the pack. He made the announcement on his Instagram page on the 15th of February, just a day after his birthday.
He later announced Umxabanisi as the lead single that would kick things off prior to the EP’s release. Adding to that, he shared the album cover artwork and tracklist for 2745. The EP contains five songs, with different features from a handful of artistes on different tracks.
The album guest features include Jus Garden, Jerah, Miss Twaggy, EL Zinthe, Nandi Ndathane, ad former collaborators, Dash SA and DJ Typical SA. The album, according to De Mogul, was fully funded by Sampra Development Fund, a large African organization representing myriads of artistes and record labels.
