De Mthuda takes the “Middleland” in a new song featuring his compatriot and associate Ntokzin. It’s a meeting of two Champs from South Africa’s amapiano universe. We love it.
The two artists on the song are serial collaborators. But it’s been a while since we heard from them on the same bear. So, of course, we’re pretty excited to see them together again. Who wouldn’t be?
The two are darn good as a team and have blessed South Africa’s music universe with several scorching tunes already. In their latest drop, they again show that they merit each other.
Amapiano is the message here, and the two musos are some of the most consistent in the game. Ntokzin is rarely ever in the news, but that takes nothing from his creative sinews.
For his part, De Mthuda has often been called one of the piano kings, but he’d rather not take the crown — and not give it to anyone. Lol.
