Call this a local meeting of champions, with De Mthuda holding the ace, and you wouldn’t be wrong. The songsters are in a world all their own as they spit their bars. And its hard not to love the flow.
The lead artiste is one of the leading voices in South Africa’s amapiano. So confident is the champ about his place in amapiano music that he thinks Kabza De Small is out of line for appropriating the title of King of Piano Music. As far as De Mthuda is concerned, there is no king – a statement he promised to affirm in a new project.
Anyway, “Nje Nje” is yet another fine advertisement of De Mthuda’s creative powers as well as those of his pals on the project. The song easily lifts the spirit of the listener, making him experience nirvana right where he is. Not bad, we should say.
Are you into De Mthuda’s “Nje Nje” song with Malumnator, Murumba Pitch and Da Muziqal Chef? How would you rate it? We invite you to check out the song below and join the conversation by dropping your thoughts in the comment section.
