DJ Lag might be the adopted stage name, but this songster never lags when it comes to delivering wonderful jams. Welcome to the world of his latest drop, “Into Ongayazi.”
It’s been a very productive year for the DJ – a year of milestones and releases – and from the look of things, he’s still in top form and eager to entertain his listeners and give them access to a wonderful time.
Prior to the release of his “Into Ongayazi” tune, the songster had lined up with Lady Du for a song with a fearful title: “Lucifer.” He had also released his “Dazed Mix,” which might still daze some peeps out there.
Well, with “Into Ongayazi,” it is clear that the songster is still his engaging musical self, spitting his bars like it’s nobody’s business. It’s hard not to love what he has composed.
By the way, the DJ recently appeared on the cover of the prestigious DJ Mag, further cementing his place as one of the key disc jockeys of South African provenance, and one with an international presence. “Into Ongayazi” is the song of the moment, and it wouldn’t hurt to make a place for it on your playlist.
