It’s a promise made and fulfilled for Donald, who had shared a teaser of the song on his Instagram page and bid fans look out for the number. The number is out now and fans are excited.
They should be, for the song brings together two fine artistes of different genres. Donald is more of an RnB bod and Lady Du is one of the leading figures in South Africa’s amapiano orbit. Here, RnB meets the yanos.
And the result is beautiful.
It is interesting Donald should work with Lady Du on this song. About a year ago, the songster had stated that if he should release an amapiano song, the current leading figures in the genre would be out of work.
