Versatile Mzansi DJ and producer Heavy K has come through with a new song titled “Shayi Zule” featuring contributions from Murumba Pitch.
The talented hitmaker, Heavy K has proven his versatility to the fans. Indeed, he is more than just an Afro House DJ. Last year, the Drum Boss studied the Amapiano movement and dropped a project to prove that he’d mastered it.
He has since returned with more great music. Just before the end of the year, he celebrated his time on the scene with the project “Respect The Drum Boss 2021 Part 1 (10 Years Of Heavy-K Edition)”. The project featured Simmy, MSK, Sino Msolo, and more.
Heavy-K is known for his debut album ‘Respect the Drumboss 2013’ and for producing multiple hits like ‘Lento’ and ‘Umoya’ by Professor and ‘Easy to Love’ by queen of house Bucie since the tender age of 16.
This past week the Drumboss took to social media to announce the release date for his brand-new single with Murumba Pitch. This drop comes after the success of ‘Respect the Drumboss 2021’ which was a celebration of 10 Years of Heavy-K and his contribution to the music industry.
‘Shayi Zule’ is a sensational Afro-House love song, that is both soulful and lively, beautifully vocally delivered by Murumba Pitch, who are also known for their track record of working with some familiar names in the Amapiano scene such as De Mthuda, Mr Jazziq and Zuma just to name a few. Heavy-K stays in tune with what is new, current, and hot!
