Kabza De Small, Kelvin Momo and Mhaw Keys have linked up to pay tribute to the late entertainer Vusi Mabuza popularly known as DJ “Papers 707” . The tribute song is titled Lala Ngoxolo and it has been released for free download by these artists.
A colleague and DJ Papers 707’s pal, Njelic, announced the sad news on Instagram exactly on the 15th of July 2020. Pepers is know to have payed a major role in keeping the Amapiano sound alive as a DJ and as a dancer.
Many have payed their respect to the late DJ on their social media page and his funeral as been arranged, and it will take place on Tuesday, 21st of July 2020 at 495 Letsogo Street, Meadowlands, Soweto.
What makes this particular tribute from Kabza De Small, Kelvin Momo and Mhaw Keys on the song “Lala Ngoxolo” is the fact that they are major players in the country’s fast growing Amapiano scene.
Although the music star’s death is a sad story, Lala Ngoxolo however gives Mzansi the oppotunity to celebrate the late DJ with a positive vibe.
