KMore returns to our orbit with “Unamandla,” a collaborative work with his pal Emtee. The pair makes a fine team, and the result of their linking up is something fine as well.
It’s been months since one listened to a song by KMore. The songster last popped on our orbit with “Kwanele,” a song denouncing gender-based violence (GBV), which is prevalent in South Africa. He returns with a work that’s as potent as his last release.
“Unamandla” is a song of patent lyrical energy that will never lack for fans. Listening to the song is like surrendering to a firm yet clement power – you get to remember every second of it.
We count the song as the first collaborative single we’ve heard from the pair this month, which it is it. Fact is, one cannot listen to this number and not somehow desire the two artistes link up again for another collaborative tune. Well, until a new release, say “Unamandla”!
