The verdict is simple, Kwesta has taken his former associate Lavida NOTA’s advice and released a diss response to Big Zulu’s “150 Bars.” Kwesta’s diss track is titled “Quantham (First Load).”
Here is a brief history in case you’re lost. Just recently, Big Zulu of Inkabi Records released a song dubbed “150 Bars,” in which he dissed several notable names in South African music. But A-Reece was noticeably absent from the list of those he dissed.
Veteran rapper K.O had responded to the diss track with “Omega Freestyle,” which was huge among his fans.
NOTA, who was once Kwesta’s associate during the heydays of RapLyf, but who is now the “Dakar II” hitmaker’s public adversary, urged Kwesta to respond for Big Zulu because he doesn’t think the Inkabi Records boss has the rap sinews to challenge K.O.
It turned out that Kwesta had other ideas because, instead of responding to K.O for Big Zulu as NOTA had urged, he, instead, fired a diss track in Big Zulu’s direction. And he ignited the music space instantly, with many using the fire emoji to describe his latest offering.
At any rate. Big Zulu has achieved his purpose, which is to ignite the rap universe, which appears somewhat slumberous.
