On the 31st of July, Lowsheen popped on Instagram, where he informed fans that he’d be releasing a new project dubbed “1st Chapter” EP on the 19th of August. True to that promise, he kept to his words.
The project is out now, and from the sound of it, the wait has not been in vain. The songster took his time creating this, and the result wasn’t bad, really.
The compilation is compact, with just five tracks — a decent bet for who is just popping into our orbit this month with an extended play.
For the compilation, the songster tapped the vocal resources of Master KG, Basetsana, Sindi, and Nkosazana Daughter. The guest list is just proportionate to the number of songs on the tracklist.
Lowsheen is no oldie in the trenches but has positively positioned himself for a place in the sun with his extended play. While this is not the finest compilation we have listened to this week, it’s certainly a project worth a place on a playlist still. So you can vibe to it all you like without regrets.
From listening to this project, it’s Lowsheen actually has a high sheen. Lol. You’re welcome to find out right away.
