The prelude is pretty hot. As South Africa rapper Lucasraps prepares to unleash his “031 To The World” album, he’s got fans salivating with a new song titled “Slide” ― part of the imminent compilation. The compilation is significant in that it also marks the songster’s signing to Def Jam Africa.
“Slide out now!!!” He had screamed on Instagram, announcing the latest scorcher. One can’t begrudge him his scream, though, for the song actually deserves the flame emoji.
You are free to imagine the song as a pacifier for fans who can’t wait until October 1, when the songster promised to release the album. And as a prelude to the album, we think it will encourage anyone to check out “031 To The World” on release.
