Master KG scores his biggest collaboration yet with a song titled “Shine Your Light,” featuring David Guetta and Akon. The one is a French DJ and producer and the other is a Senegalese-American singer.
It’s his first time Master KG would have an American and a French on the same song, so it holds great significance for him. Prior to releasing the song, Master KG had shared a teaser, informing fans of what was imminent and urging them to presave .
Well, the song is here now and it appears like the wait has been worth it. “Shine Your Light” will actually make you embrace your African roots -m assuming you’re African – and actually shine your light.
Of course, this is not Master KG’s biggest song to date. In fact it is doubtful it would do similar number like “Jerusalema.” Ye we say in “Shine Your Light” you have a song worth embracing. No qualms.
