Msaki is having a good run and just might end the year on a grand note. After two successful releases this month, the songstress is out with another jam, titled “Statues II.” The song features Da Capo and Black Motion.
Before the current drop, the songstress had wowed fans with “Chem Trails,” a collaborative work with Caiiro, and “Born in a Taxi (Acoustic).” The latest number shows the songstress is yet in the mood to entertain and thrill her fans.
And like the songs before it, “Statues II” is a winner on many levels. The choice of Da Capo and Black motion is just great in that they all blended well together, leaving the listener no choice but to sit back and savor the song over and over.
One of the guests, Da Capo, is one of the leading figures in South Africa’s house/ electronic music scene – a voice you can count on for great music any day.
Black Motion, which also made the guest list, is a South African band of two pals (Murdah Bongz and Thabo Smol). The group is also doing great on the scene. “Statues II” is a song for all, so vibe with it all you can.
