Nasty C & Rowlene Link Up Again For “I Need You”, A Blood & Water Soundtrack

Just days ago talented rapper and one of the biggest and hottest at the moment broke the news that he will appear on the new Netflix South Africa original series titled “Blood & Water“.

The excitement was very impressive as the news came as a surprise for many that has never seen the young and vibrant artists in any movie before. Well, things just got even more exciting as the news reaching us just confirmed that Nasty C also appears on the “Blood & Water” Sountrack.

The track is titled “I Need You” and it enlists Nasty C and regular hit collaborator Rowlene. They have both previously worked together on one of Nasty’s previously released single titled “Send Me Away (SMA)” off his highly successful album “Strings And Bling”.

It seems Nasty C is pulling all the strings he can pull at this stage of his life as he keeps surprising us with project after project.

He recently inked a record deal with an American music giant Def Jams, released a major hit single titled “There They Go“, Dropped a visual project titled “Lost Files” which is a compilation of songs from his archive that never got released and didn’t make it to his soon to be released “Zulu Man With Some Power” album.

Rowlene is signed to Tall Racks Records outfit which is owned by Nasty C, and apart from their “Send Me Away” Collaboration, they have also both collaborated on Phases which was also a big hit, it currently has almost 1.5 million views on YouTube.

We have not heard much from Rowlene this year until now but this is definitely worth the wait,  “I Need You” is a major event for South African music scene.

Though “I Need You” comes as a surprise, Nasty C is preparing to follow up “There They Go” and “Lost Files EP” with another major release titled “Eazy“, he made the announcement yesterday after he surprisingly achieved the 50k comments request from fans for the single release.

I Need You is available on Spotify at the moment but hopefully will be available on other digital platforms later. Check it out below and let us know what you think.
