It seems a lot of artistes have been making music in honour of the spirits of our late ancestors lately, because we’ve seem a lot of them drop. Joining the chain now is South African singer Nduduzo Makhathini based out in Ontario, Canada. The singer has been dishing good music with his first and second releases off his upcoming debut album tagged “Modes Of Communication: Letters From The Underworld”.

He’s out now with a third release from the album, and he calls it “Indawu”. Speaking about the new song, he revealed “Indawu’ pays tribute to the spirits of the Nguni people that live in and underneath water“. According to him, the spirits are fond of music and dance, which makes the riverbank a place where rituals are carried out to appease the ancestors. Mzansi music lovers will definitely love this one for all that it means.
