From the sound of things, Ntando was in a happy space when he recorded his “Camagu” album, which you can stream here on UbeToo.
Interestingly, although the project hums with 12 tracks, the songster worked with just one guest artist. Nhlahla Nciza sang her soul out on track 7, “Nandi.” It’s unknown why Ntando elected to “divorce” Nhlahla Nciza from her Mafikizolo bandmate.
But that’s by the way. Ntando beautifully weaves different experiences into one fine, aesthetically pleasing whole. From his experiences back home to subjects of global conversation and controversy, Ntando aced his bars. True.
You may as well think of his “Camagu” album as windows in his thought process and experiences. It’s had to listen to this compilation and not nod at the creative energy behind it.
It’s almost the weekend. And of course, you can make a spot on your playlist for this body of work and without regrets, too. Let the music begin, if you please.
Well, are you into Ntando’s “Camagu” album? How would you rate the project on a scale of zero to ten? We invite you to check it out below and join the conversation by dropping your thoughts in the comment section. Way to go!
