Tanzanian songster Rayvanny croons “Baby” in collaboration with his South African counterpart Rowlene.
It’s a reunion of sorts for the two artistes, who had earlier worked on a song titled “Girlfriend” in 2019. Back then, they had wooed the world with the song, which trended in Tanzania on release.
From the sound of things, the wooing continues with their “Baby” tune which is part of Rayvanny’s studio album “Sound From Africa” album.
That body of work features some of the finest voices in Africa, including Tanzania’s most visible artiste, Diamond Platnumz.
In their previous collaboration as in their current one, Rayvanny and Rowlene evince great musical synergy that is hard to miss. Listening to them together is like going on an adventure in a brave and exciting new world. Not bad, we should say.
