Tanzanian artistes Rayvanny has just made an ambitious career move, dropping an amapiano tune titled “Woza” in collaboration with Diamond Platnumz.
The guest artiste Diamond Platnumz runs WCB Wasafi, the label to which Rayvanny is signed and which released the “Woza” song.
“Woza” is but one of several times when the two artistes have worked together. They are regular collaborators, we might say, and incredibly great when they work together. A look into their collaborative projects should reveal just that.
Having worked with a South African previously (with Rowlene on “Girlfriend”), perhaps one shouldn’t be surprised Rayvanny should tap into the energy of a genre that originated in South Africa. Amapiano.
How great was he on the number? That’s what you’re going to find out presently. One must add, though, that, as usual, he had a great time with Diamond Platnumz and the released song makes for a liberating listening session.
