Ty Dolla $ign has an upcoming album and he has been able to gain the support of some A-list artists to feature on the much-anticipated project. One of the songs off the upcoming album is “Expensive” and it features the WAP crooner and partner in making hits Nicki Minaj. Ty Dolla $ign teased the single earlier this week.
“Expensive” is Nicki Minaj’s third collaboration with Ty, following “Swalla” alongside Jason Derulo and the chart topping “Hot Girl Summer” with Megan Thee Stallion.
Released at midnight on Friday, August 28, the single comes with a Romain Laurent-directed video and in the video, Ty enjoys a luxurious life in a castle, having a nice time on the poolside. We all know Nicki Minaj doesn’t come cheap and she rocks with the finest things in life.
Ty Dolla $ign had earlier released a house-infused track track titled “Ego Death,” featuring Kanye West, FKA Twigs, Skrillex and Serpentwithfeet. His upcoming album title hasn’t been announced yet but the hip hop artists has assured fans that the release date is just around the corner. There has been rumors going around with different album title and the most recent is that the title of Ty’s upcoming album will be “Dream House”.
