The songster comes with a body of work dubbed “Amashiqe” album, which you can stream here.”Amashiqe” is a 13-track compilation that plays for exactly fifty-six minutes. Udlubheke was unapologetically parsimonious in the number of guests he chooses to work with: just two – Shwi Nomtekhala and Thokozani Langa. Both featured on tracks three and two respectively.

Udlubheke may have chosen to go it almost alone in his “Amashiqe” album which is of worldwide appeal, but one cannot begrudge him that decision. Alone, on the tracks, he exudes so much confidence one cannot but notice and nod approval.
The album “Amashiqe” takes the listener places in musical pleasure – places he would love to be in. it’s close to the weekend, and we have no qualms saying this project is one of several that will have fractions of our time. It deserves that, and more!
