Indeed, 1020 Cartel isn’t playing around at all, because they are coming for the crown and that’s so obvious. The new label is putting in a lot of work to be one of the most recognized on the SA music scene.

The Sjava and Ruff headed label, is set to introduce new artists to Mzansi with their debut album “iSambulo”. From all we have heard about the record, we can’t wait for it to drop. Ruff recently opened up in an interview about how hard the artists worked to deliver various genres in the project.

They announced on August 7, that fans would be blessed with a new single off the album every Friday until it finally drops on the 28th. The Friday releases kicked off the same day with the release of “Amahora” by Anzo, & Mzukulu featuring Bongane Sax.

The following Friday, they released “Inhliziyo” by Nue Sam and Yallunder. They have now announced a new one set to drop in two days, on August 21. It is titled “Nomalanga” and headed by Mzukulu. The “iSambulo” album is available for a pre-order. So you might want to do that.
