The rumour currently flying around is that the Thami Dish is broke and the award he founded has been cancelled because he cannot cover all the expenses required to continue to host the award.
But is he really broke as being claimed all over the place? This is where her opinion is critical. And yes, he has just addressed the rumours that he is broke. According to Thami, just like it happened to most people, the coronavirus affected her businesses as well, but there is no truth in the claim that the Feature Awards, which celebrates the queer community, isn’t returning.
Thami also noted that the Feature Awards has been able to forge great working relationships with partners, who are sticking with them all the way.
