Popular South African Amapiano producer, Kabza De Small, recently updated a post that suggests that he is envisioning being at Level 1 restrictions. He is also considering switching to another genre of music.
The Amapiano pioneer took to his Instagram page to post a picture of himself as he dressed warmly in a kitchen. Kabza De Small’s caption suggests that he is already at Level 1 restrictions while the rest of Mzansi is looking at the restrictions to be reduced from Level 4 to Level 3.
Kabza De Small’s Instagram post was updated no long after he revealed that he might be veering away from Amapiano music.
The second member of the renowned Amapiano duo, Scorpion Kings, posted the image with the caption:
Good producers do not stick on the same genre. They hear music and create art!
Even though the award-winning producer’s post suggests that he might possibly be switching to a different genre, it should also be noted that he and his partner, DJ Maphorisa, are staunch advocates for Amapiano music. They have released several music in the lockdown and music lovers have applauded their hit songs.
